This is an illustration in a bible made for a French king. Here we see the discoloration of the skin of the charachters helping Jesus onto the Cross. We know they are Jewish because of the hats they are wearing (Jews were forced to wear these hats). Most of the early hatred towards Jews was from Christians starting the rumor that Jews "killed Christ", and that all Jews thereafter should suffer. Jesus himself was Jewish so not sure how Jews can be all evil and simultaneously your god. Rumors started that Jews speak with the devil, no wonder witches do the same...
