This cover illustration depicts the deception in witches- behind the feminine white face, is a green hooked nose monster. The title is also reminiscent of the ovens in Europe. This is included as the example of the modern conception of the witch. The other sources validate the racism at the root of this steryotype. Seemingly fantastical and ungrounded in reality, but it is all too directly tied to the Jewish past and present.
